No. Toolyte runs in the browser and sends notifications straight to your device via web push, on your computer and on your phone. A native app for iPhone and Android is in the works. ### Does it work on the iPhone? Yes. In Safari, add Toolyte via “Share › Add to Home Screen”. Apple only allows notifications for web apps on the home screen; after that they arrive like from any other app. ### Can I turn notifications off? Yes, one occasion at a time: AI results, new emails, questions and approvals, and reminders and appointments. The switches apply to all your devices. In the settings you can also see which devices receive notifications and remove individual ones. ### Do emails arrive in real time? Toolyte checks your mailbox every minute. As soon as an email is in, it shows up in the inbox without reloading and you get a notification with sender and subject. ### Can two people edit the same record at once? Yes. Toolyte shows who is working on it and warns you if someone else saves while you are still typing. There is no locking, nobody is held up. ### Does everyone in the team see every notification? No. Notifications only go to people who are allowed to see the record. Anyone without access to the Jobs area, for example, gets no notification when a job is created or changed there. ### What happens on a poor connection?
