### What counts as a user?

Anyone with their own login. You can add or remove users at any time – new users are billed pro rata to the day.

### Are these net prices?

Yes. €35 per user per month is net, plus 19% VAT. Billed yearly it is €336 per user per year – that works out to €28 per month.

### How does the yearly discount work?

You pay once upfront for twelve months and save 20% compared with monthly billing – that is €84 per user per year.

### Can I cancel?

On the monthly plan any time to the end of the month, on the yearly plan to the end of the term. No minimum commitment beyond that.

### Is there a free trial?

14 days free and without obligation – no credit card. After that you decide whether to continue.
