Hi there. So, we're a painting company, three of us, mostly interiors, flats, stairwells, the odd office. We basically always work in projects. A project has a customer, sometimes a private individual, sometimes a property manager. First we write a quote, and if the customer says yes it becomes a job and finally an invoice. We also need to record paints and materials, which wall colour went where and how much we used. And appointments of course, when we're where. We like to attach before-and-after photos straight to the project.
