Orders, production, stock, purchasing, team and finances. A pastry chef spent 67 seconds describing what she needs. Toolyte turned it into 15 modules with 121 fields and four reminders. No template, no form.

No questionnaire, no choosing from industry packages. The pastry chef pressed record and described her business the way she would explain it to a new employee.
I have my own pastry shop and I need an overview. First it's about the staff. I want to be able to manage working hours, shifts, vacation, sickness and tasks. Then it's about the customers. I want to store customer data, orders, preferences and notes. For orders I want to record layer cakes and cakes and manage pickups, deliveries and appointments. Then I need production. I want to see what has to be made today, what quantities are needed and who is responsible. In stock I want to see which ingredients and packaging are on hand and what needs to be reordered. In purchasing I want to manage my shopping list, suppliers and orders. Then I also need the finances area, meaning income, expenses, invoices and revenue. I also want to create tasks and assign my staff. And finally I want a simple overview where I immediately see what's on for today.
From these 145 words, Toolyte built the structure below. Every sentence of the recording shows up again as a module.

Four reminders that read the status
Toolyte spots date fields and suggests reminders with a condition attached. Whatever is finished, paid or cancelled no longer speaks up.
